  ¡@¡@The objectives of the Physical Education Office (PEO) lie in fulfilling the functions of physical education, encouraging enthusiasm for exercise on campus, and cultivating a lifelong habit of exercise among students.
   
  ¡@¡@More concretely, the PEO not only provides a variety of physical education courses for students, organizes sporting competitions, and offers guidance on training programs for the sports teams representing the University, it also is in charge of managing and maintaining equipment at sports facilities, as well as assists in rendering services such as the rental of facilities or equipment.

 ¡@¡@The objectives of physical education are to provide instruction for a variety of sports and exercise through coursework,   using this as foundation for further development of skills in those types of sports or exercise in which an individual is particularly interested; to cultivate the ability to appreciate sports and exercise, as well as reinforce education in sportsmanship. It aims to help individuals acquire the know-how and self-discipline to achieve better health and physical abilities, as well as develop a lifelong habit of exercising.
